There are times when you feel good, feels just like heaven and then life knocks you down. There are problems in each person’s life but there are some people who just give-up because they get fed up of all the drama.
Why only blame life? When it is us who make our life complicated by our self. What did we do? Are we positive about anything? No, not at all. We dig and dig into someone’s life until we find the real dirt. Flipping through a magazine, most people will skip through the clean, positive articles and look for the ones with the most juice in them. This is who we are. We like negative things. We should not blame life rather we should learn from our mistakes. Like it is said “When life gives you lemon, make lemonade.”
Life is beautiful but not always easy. It has problems, too, and the challenge lies in facing them with courage, letting the beauty of life act like a balm, which makes the pain bearable, during trying times, by providing hope. Life is an exam for us by God. He is testing our patience to deal with the hard time where we are supposed to ace the exam. Hollywood actor Will Smith once said “Throughout life people will make you mad, disrespect you and treat you bad. Let God deal with the things they do ’cause hate in your heart will consume you too.”
Happiness-sorrow, victory-defeat, day-night are the two sides of the same coin. Similarly life is full of moments of joy, pleasure, success and comfort punctuated by misery, defeat, failures and problems. There is no human being on Earth, strong, powerful, wise or rich, who has not experienced, struggle, suffering or failure. I can sum up everything I have learned about life into three words “Life goes on!”
Life is sad but this is what life is. Accept it or not! Fight with your problems and face challenges because life is beautiful just as roses but it has challenges which are like thorns and have to be faced and overcome by all. Those, who accept these, challenges and succeed, are the ones, who know how to live life in its true sense, i.e. enjoy roses with thorns. So, go easy on life but also be prepared to bear the pricks of pain.
