Times of Youth: For those who don’t know about you and your work, can you tell us a little about yourself?

Mokhtar Ghailan: I am a Moroccan artist painter  I love my work so much ever since I started and I think art is very important to Humanity it takes you away from all the problems of the World.

Times of Youth: How would you describe your work to someone who has never known about it?

Mokhtar Ghailan:  It’s so simple; really, its like getting to know any artist for the first time. To me with my experience of travelling World, meet a lot of people in my life so describing my work to people who never know me is the same with those I already know.
Times of Youth: What sparked your initial interest in arts?

Mokhtar Ghailan: My interest in art goes back to the Hippy period of 60’s and 70’s. I loved art since this time of music.
Times of Youth: At what age did you start doing all this work? Has your family always been supportive of this choice of career?

Mokhtar Ghailan: I started painting at the age 15 and at the age 20 I started out as a professional painter and I have been making a living from paintings ever since.
Times of Youth: Which of your projects are you most proud of and why?
Mokhtar Ghailan: The project that I am really proud of is that I do paint the most of styles in the art painting field and I will never paint just one style like the most of artists do when they get famous. Most of them lose the basic alphabets of art painting.
Times of Youth: Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?
Mokhtar Ghailan: Next 5 years I hope to be the World’s fastest painter ever. I am and I will be working hard to achieve all of this in the future soon.
Times of Youth: Any message to your fans or followers via TIMES OF YOUTH?
Mokhtar Ghailan: My Message to every one is to get close to all kind of art in general. I think the World needs Peace and art is a way to get it.
Times of Youth: Do tell us how fans & followers can contact you to share their appreciation/feedback/suggestions.
