World’s Youngest Qualified Chartered Certified Accountant.

An 18 year old Pakistani girl, Aqsa Majeed Memon, qualified the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants exam and became the world’s youngest qualified Chartered Certified Accountant.

Aqsa Majeed Memon, a daughter of shopkeeper, Abdul Majeed, belongs to Sakrand city of Shaheed Benazirabad district, in Sindh province of Pakistan. She was born in 1999 and received her early education in Sakrand. Memon enrolled herself in September 2014 for the FIA course and completed it in August 2015. She later started ACCA and passed all exams by July 2017. She was18 years and four months old.

ACCA candidates generally start their qualification journey at the age of 18.

The examinations are split into three levels namely – The knowledge module, skills module and the professional module, totaling 14 papers. These papers are attempted over a span of three years.

Aqsa Memon is the first Pakistani girl to achieve this at this young of an age. In 2015 UAE based Indian student, Ramkumar Raman, passed his ACCA exams at the age of 18 years and eight months.
