Nimer Aslam - Artist from Pakistan

Times Of Youth: For those who don’t know about you and your work, can you tell us a little about yourself?

Nimer Aslam: My name is Nimer Aslam, born and raised in Karachi. Right now I am 18 and working as Game Artist. I create Artworks, Portraits and Paintings for games. My work reflects my thoughts.

Times Of Youth: How would you describe your work to someone who has never known about it?

Nimer Aslam: My work! I divide my work in two categories- one is commercial and other is my own thoughts, mood or feelings. I like to draw what I am thinking.

Times Of Youth: What sparked your initial interest in arts?

Nimer Aslam: I was inspired by my Master Imran Ali Dina. As friends, I called him Baba Dina.

Times Of Youth: At what age did you start doing all this work? Has your family always been supportive of this choice of career?

Nimer Aslam: I started doodling when I was 16 when I was fan of DBZ and Naruto and my father was always with me in my struggle.

Times Of Youth: Which of your projects are you most proud of and why?

Nimer Aslam: Right now, I don’t have much experience in the Industry, but when my first game launched, that was the moment of pride for me.

Times Of Youth: Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?

Nimer Aslam: I have to learn much more about Art. By the way, I want to be a Good Concept Artist in Future.
